Free a Village

Buy Facing the Monster, let us know when and where you bought it, and we’ll add your name to the list of people who are part of this campaign that helped free a village in India and helped start the New Day New Home in PA for young women who were trafficked as teens and are aging out of child protective services.

Photos: The village’s schoolchildren in  freedom.

A major portion of royalties from Facing the Monster was donated to Voices4Freedom (a US-based 501c3) to free a village. The village was fully liberated in March 2019; villagers were self-sufficient in freedom. Additional donations have been made to Dawn’s Place and New Day Women’s Drop-In Center–two organizations helping victims and survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. A major portion of royalties now helps The Salvation Army’s New Day’s New Home.
